🔝 My TOP 10 TIPS how to balance WELL-BEING with EFFECTIVENESS at work after summer☀️ & be prepared for high business seasons. End of Q3 🍁 & Q4 ❄️are usually the most productive & profitable periods. 



 ✅1. Be mindful. Mindfulness means living in the present moment. You can’t change the past & you don’t know the future.


 ✅2. Focus on what you can control. For example you can’t control the weather, but you decide what to wear.


 ✅3. Be grateful. By incorporating appreciation, approval, admiration and attention, you'll boost your own self-esteem and that of others.


 ✅4. Develop habits. They are super powerful. Shape habit loops that increase your effectiveness for example waking up early or going to the gym regularly.


 ✅5. Write down all tasks & actions to take. It will let you clear your mind & sleep well.


 ✅6. Plan & plan and once again plan. Make long-term plans and short-term ones for example on a weekly basis. It will let you prioritize and achieve your goals. 


 ✅7.  Follow your passions beyond work – do what excites you & give you boost of energy. 


 ✅8. Move yourself. Physical activity will give you dopamine, reduce stress and improve concentration and learning capabilities.


 ✅9.  Take care of your body – eat well & sleep at least 7 hours and  regularly recharge your batteries or follow regenerating practices as mediation.


 ✅10. Celebrate successes. Note that undermining our achievements might be built into some cultures. Reward yourself for efforts – it will reinforce your positive habits.
